Pullman Tbilisi Axis Towers

Everything was nice! Beautiful view from 35th floor and excellent location. Staff is super friendly and we would definitely come back again! Vladimir from reception was a very good Georgian tourist ambassador and told to us interesting info about Georgian culture. We enjoyed our stay in Tbilisi at this hotel. Spa area and fitness also very good! We tried restaurant on top floor which was also very good.

Breakfast was good but almost the same items every day. I have stayed in other five star hotels as well, all of them looks to me the same. I stayed in this hotel for the first time almost around 7 days. I have read the reviews before I have opted for the hotel many of the reviews were not that great. But for some reason my mind was ready to go for Pullman and I did not change that option at all. I was not comfortable with my room allocation for the first night, I have approached Giorgi one of the staff, he and Shota (Manager or another staff) both together showed me a different room which I feel so comfortable and opted for that. I would love to say I had the same feeling as I was staying at my home itself. Every day my room was cleaned, towels changed, special thanks to the cleaning staff, so nice of them, please keep it up. I did not feel anything discomfortable during my one week stay at the hotel. Definitely, I will choose the same hotel when I am back next time to Tbilisi. The hotel is located in what is known to be Axis Towers. It has amazing views on the whole city and the breakfast view is just awesome. The breakfast was well diversified although some more quality can be brought to the pastries and the coffee. Hotel served is early breakfast in the room for Ramadan period and it was a kind gesture despite some initial misunderstanding. The hotel apologized for that and sent a gift to the room which was well appreciated. There is a mall nearby which allows for buying groceries and there many restaurants in the area. The Hotel is 3 to 4km away from downtown- Old Tbilisi.

All is ok but have ine minus PARKING

I came into the hotel at 1 am having misbooked my booking for the day after, and not the current night. The staff was extremely helpful, and made sure to make me feel comfortable. While most of my interaction was with booking themselves, the employees at the lobby made sure to leave a note about the situation with their manager, as they couldn't handle the issue themselves, and I followed up in the morning and the morning employees were all up to date with the situation. That made me feel super comfortable, and the desk made sure to give me small perks to help me with my stress (I had come for another night as my flight had been cancelled). Thanks so much for the team in the lobby at 1 am on May 7th, 2024. You made my evening. And really, this is my second time staying here in general, and in regards to facilities, I really really recommend. Clean, modern, and spacious, even in the smaller rooms. And an amazing view.
